We are building an in-house marketing team for our brand / products in a variety of different mediums with a focus on creative graphic design to create innovative and branded content across all social media & digital platforms. Marketing practices will include design creation, design replication/resizing, production design, distribution and posting. We are in a growth and looking for someone who can market our products through different media/E-commerce platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all e-Commerce activities as well as growing online sales on our e-store and online marketplaces in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing data insights to drive the performance of the online store. He or she will manage campaign data analysis and provide insights on onsite and marketing optimization strategies in order to meet the store’s target. The successful candidate’s success will be measured against the performance of eCommerce (conversion, orders, traffic) and onsite engagement.


Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and oversee all marketing campaign on e-commerce platform including planning and execution of related support· Identify and develop online marketing opportunities
· Track result and KPI for online marketing campaign
· Plan social media post and online marketing calendar
· Pulling and consolidation of reports on online store performance
· Sharing with the team on key trends and insights that can be used to optimise online store performance
· Keep track and analyse ongoing campaigns (onsite and marketing) to ensure optimisation; Consolidate and share learnings with the team
· Using data to propose new campaigns and targeting opportunities
· Good understand and experience in Qoo10, Lazada, shopee and other online platforms
· To execute promotions and grow sales liaising with various platforms/operational teams
· Achieve sales target, implement improvement plans for the online stores
· Plan and set up promotional offers online to increase sales
· Regularly track/review analytics and metrics to report on sales performance
· Work closely with the procurement Team on inventory management
· Able to identify new e-commerce trends and industry updates
-Bring innovation forward on new products and processes
· Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service
· Manage customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaints professionally
