Responsibilities
- Ensure relevant QMS documents and records are maintained.
- Ensure proper filing and organising of QMS documents and records.
- Ensure the completeness of records.
- Ensure cross-referencing of correct SOPs and Forms.
- Assist in creating/updating of policy and procedures
- Develop new process flow charts
- Provide support to all departments in implementing and managing QMS
- Support a coordinated and controlled implementation of new quality documentation
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes
- Performs other duties as needed;
Requirements:
- Currently completing the finance, law and/or management degree and with an interest in the field of Quality Management System
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Adaptable to changes in projects and priorities;
- Able to multitask and work independently;
- Willing to work in Tuas Area
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications like Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
