• Handle in general administration (attending to telephone calls, handling mails and office purchase, filing of documents etc)
• Handle Payroll
• Handle AP/AR
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

To handle admin duties and basic accounting data entry

• Diploma, GCE "A" Level or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Possess basic bookkeeping skills, required to record daily transactions and keep track of accounts payable/receivable
• Good organization skills and meticulous in executive of work duties
• Good team player and independent individual with initiative
• Previous working experiences in administrative and accounting will be an advantage
• Singaporean only
