Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of all E-commerce platforms
- Manage backend operations and administration eg. order generating, fulfillment and inventory
- E-commerce administration
- Provide customer support and service on technical and other general enquiries
- Preparation of monthly reports on E-commerce performance
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company
