Job Description

Job Role

  1. Participating in recruitment efforts such as posting job ads, organizing resumes, scheduling and interviewing
  2. Processing monthly payroll
  3. Stay current on governmental requirements and laws in their functional area.
  4. Provide administrative support to the HR department, as needed, in areas such as research, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry

Job requirement

  1. Strong communication and customer service skills
  2. Detail oriented and organised 
  3. Good understanding in MS Office 
  4. Able to commit to work at least 3 times per week for 6 months
