Lapp Asia Pacific Pte Ltd – Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training for blue-collared employees & temp staff.
2. Assist the HR department in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment.
3. Assist in handling the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc.
4. Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
5. Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
6. General office management such as ordering stationery, pantries and others.

Skills & Qualification:

• Any degree holders who have experience in HR & administrative activities are preferred. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
• Keen to learn and gain exposure in the field of Human Resources
• Must be comfortable travelling to Tuas and speaking with Rank-and-File workers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with the local labour legislation is an added advantage.
