Who we are
LawCanvas is a web application for creating contracts in seconds. Since 2014, thousands of businesses have used us to produce contracts quickly and easily for their businesses. Using our intuitive web application, businesses can create and manage their contracts at the fraction of the complexity, cost and time it takes to do so manually.
We are funded by renowned VCs and angel investors such as Golden Gate Ventures and Crystal Horse Investments. Our team was also selected to be part of the inaugural class in muru-D’s accelerator program in Singapore.
Our mission
We want to democratize access to commonly-used contracts; we want to make them accessible and affordable to businesses and consumers. We believe that beautifully-designed and well-engineered systems can foster trust and confidence between counterparties by producing contracts that are simple, comprehensive and effective.
Responsibilities
As a Graphic Design Intern, you will have absolute creative freedom, while working with a small international team who are excited to get to know you. Get ready to exercise your creativity to make designs that are intuitive, relevant, and beautiful.
Your job will be shaping the user experience (both digital and physical). This means: You're going to have to take a lot of initiatives and work independently. We provide a structure, we tell you what the company's priorities are. You run the rest of it. The way LawCanvas is represented online rests on your ability to make us beautiful and engaging. We're taking creative instructions from you. Honestly, I'd write 'Creative Director' (cause the team is so small), but people might be get scared and never ever apply.
It doesn't matter what kind of experience you've had. Maybe you're a savant, or you're just so confident in your abilities to make things work and to brand a product amazingly, but could never get the right people to take you seriously or see your genius for what it is. We want you to know that that isn't going to happen here. Really.
The ideal candidate must love technology. You must be able to appreciate how digital platforms can interact with the real world in such tangible ways, and how it makes for tiny miracles in everyday life. You have a passion for entrepreneurship, and you're stubborn about being the best in your field. We expect great things from the people working with us.
