Job Description
Reporting to the regional head of Seller Management you will be responsible for :
• Support key projects in strategic and operational topics autonomously
• Develop tools and processes to support the local Vendor Management teams to become more effective
• Analyze big sets of data on sales performance of Lazada’s sellers and distill actionable insights for the Vendor Management teams on the ground
• Assist Regional Management in meetings with key sellers
• Work with many regional stakeholders and coordinate their efforts in different initiatives
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• High proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of VBA and/or SQL a big plus
• Ability to work on tasks independently without a lot of guidance
• Very strong analytical abilities, data driven, attention to details
• Bachelor's degree of a leading University required(undergraduate)
