Job Description
Job Scope and Responsibility of Legal Intern
- Work closely with the company’s lawyer in relation to a corporate litigation case
- Reviewing of all commercial agreements, contracts, client policy and compliance with authorities.
- Contribute to and help to rewrite policies and contracts
Requirements of qualifications / What should you have
- Proficient and good understanding of local law
- In final year law course / fresh graduate
- Strong verbal and communication skills in english with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to the management
- Strong focus on and strength in litigation and corporate law
