Job Description
- Wesbite designing using HTML, Javascript and other programming languages.
- Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
- Handle staff inquiry and conduct trouble shooting based on their feedback.
- Demonstrate good knowledge for web based solutions and Internet security issues
- Demonstrate sufficient networking and hardware installation and trouble shooting skills
- Troubleshoot, repair and configure hardware and software systems
- Ensure the service and system is returned to an operational state as soon as possible
- To provide Helpdesk Technical Support for MS WINDOWS 7/ 8/ 10/ MS OUTLOOK/ MS OFFICE.
