  • Attend to phone calls, emails and walk-in visitors in Headquarters via ZOOM
  • Perform live agent duties for online course registrations
  • Perform frontline counter services
  • Update and maintain customers' record in the system
  • Handle daily closing payment and settlement of cash collections and credit cards transactions
  • Provide the most courteous and efficient service to clients and maintain professional image at all times
  • Assist in all other ad-hoc tasks required by the company
  • Assist customers with course postponement, withdrawal and refund
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Direct request and unresolved issues to the management in HQ.
  • Manage the class registration rate to ensure maximum utilisation of classroom
  • Oversee and manage booking system
  • Follow up with customers on bookings
  • Answer customers calls and ensure calling back missed and abandoned calls in a promptly manner.
  • Inquiries and request on training programmes

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any Business-related field
  • Fluent in spoken English/Mandarin (Ability to speak other dialects is an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Data entry
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Possesses a positive learning attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, helpful and friendly personality
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Must be highly motivated, detail- oriented, creative and innovative
  • Amenable to work beyond working hours
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service work experience (preferred but not essential)
