Export Customer Service Officer/Operation Executive (Changi Cargo Complex)
Responsibilities:
Handle and monitor of daily operations works in department
Attend and monitor regular shipments enquiries
To resolve customer service related matters / shipment irregularities
Coordinate with Operation matters
Coordinate with import or export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentations and invoicing
Requirements:
§ Minimum GCE 'N' Level or NTC/ITE /NITEC
§ With or Without experience welcome
§ Bilingual in English & Mandarin (Able to liaise with Chinese- speaking customers)
§ Able to work independent and Responsible manner
