Leaptechnology Pte Ltd – Content Creator Intern

Content Creation:

• Create videos, graphics, and written content for organic and paid campaigns across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Ideate, storyboard, and produce creative content to promote our products, services, and brand identity.
• Assist in visualising and setting up product showcases, working setups, and client-related materials.

Social Media & Marketing:

• Stay updated with content trends and platform algorithms to create innovative and engaging formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaigns that align with company goals.
• Push for experimental and unique content formats to enhance audience engagement.

Collaboration & Research:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align content with overall marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Test and optimise content to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Passionate about content creation, storytelling, and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of content trends on social media platforms.
• Basic video production and editing skills 
• Comfortable being in front of the camera for content creation when required.
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills for captions, posts, and campaigns.
• Ability to learn quickly on the job, adapt to new tools, and accept constructive feedback.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to propose fresh, innovative ideas.
• Background or studies in Marketing, Design, Communications, Media, or a related field is a bonus.
