Job Description

LeapTechnology is in search of driven and enthusiastic telemarketers to join our dynamic and vibrant team. The ideal candidates will be tasked with connecting with potential clients to introduce a range of services and products, spanning from financial advisory to tuition assistance programs. As a telemarketer at LeapTechnology, you will play a pivotal role in lead generation, fostering relationships with potential clients, and arranging appointments for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate outbound calls to engage prospective clients.
  2. Articulate the benefits and features of our services clearly and persuasively.
  3. Establish rapport with prospects and address their inquiries effectively.
  4. Qualify leads and schedule consultations with our partners.
  5. Maintain accurate records of calls and update client details in our database.

Requirements:

  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  4. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
  5. While prior experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
