Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of legal, estate planning and trust services, including will writing, trust set-up and estate
  • Manage a portfolio of cases of clients’ wills and trusts
  • Dealing with all administrative aspects of clients’ portfolio
  • Drafting will and related documents
  • Candidate able to manage legal aspects of will and trust and ensure compliance with relevant laws

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder preferably in Law or relevant studies
  • Previous experience in legal, insurance, financial services or will-writing services preferred
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Sales-oriented
