Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software and network
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, servers (physical/virtual) and networks
- Providing technical support across the company (local and overseas)
- Setting up accounts and permissions for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Documenting any update/inventory as necessary
- To communicate with vendor when necessary
Requirements:
A candidate keen in the following subjects is beneficial in the technology and infrastructure:
- Ability to be analytical and is a problem solver
- Strong team player and communicator
- Willing to learn and pick up a skill set
