About the Position
We’re looking for an aspiring Management Trainee to join our team in Singapore, who will help support the company’s growth while also developing their own professional skills and abilities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with Company founder and Management team, and take part in building the company. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work within areas such as marketing, sales, strategy, partnerships, finance and accounting and more. This is a flexible role that will be built around the candidate’s strengths and passion, and offers great professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities in this role will be in constant movement but could include tasks such as managing, tracking and following up on company KPIs’, being the contact point for the sales teams, working on financial reporting, managing travel schedules, co-developing digital marketing campaigns, general administration, supporting country managers in expansion plans and reporting to Investors, developing new technologies and service offerings, amongst others.
About You
Lendela is looking for a self-starter and self-motivated individual who is an excellent communicator, enjoys working in a team and rolling up the sleeves to do what is needed to get the job done. A strong analytical capacity, drive and ability to adapt to different work settings are key attributes for this position. The candidate is probably a recent university graduate that is eager to learn, open to travel and is a Permanent Resident or Singaporean.
