We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our Singaporean clients from Malaysia. In this role, you will guide customers through the loan application journey, leveraging phone and chatbot interactions to provide timely assistance, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth application process. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships, driving loan closures, and enhancing the overall customer experience, while collaborating with our internal team to refine processes and stay informed about industry trends.

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Intern to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Lendingpot, this internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience to refresh Lendingpot Personal and Business Marketing Website.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • User Research: Assist in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Work on wireframes and prototypes for website refresh concepts.
  • Visual Design: Contribute to the development of visual design elements, including icons, graphics, and layouts that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct basic usability tests to identify areas for improvement and integrate findings into design iterations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure a cohesive design approach.
  • Documentation: Assist in documenting design processes and maintaining design assets for easy access and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of design principles and familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies.
