Provide HR support in the areas of Recruitment, Training and Operations.
- Involve in recruitment such as job ad posting, screening process, arrange interviews, conduct reference checks and documents verification.
Prepare employment contracts and process other HR documents
Facilitates on-boarding process for successful hires to ensure smooth and pleasant experience
Track and update changes in employment status (e.g. confirmation, contract renewal, transfer, resignation, etc.)
Employee Records Management (Create, maintain and update employee records in HRIS system and personnel file)
Assign HRIS system login access and conduct user training.
Check attendance report and timesheets
