Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure smooth operations of all tenancy/agreement matter including but not limited to generating of invoices, updating of sales report etc.
- Responsible for website automation of the sales enquiry of the Business unit.
- Support Leasing Manager on the viewings of the spaces and follow up with the prospect on their interest.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve work issues on hand over and take over of sites.
- Provide customer service support.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper lease management documentation and administration.
- Handle customer service hotline and social media for viewing enquiries.
- Assist in research on tenant mix and email drafting for prospecting.
- Churn out weekly enquiries and follow ups.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills
- Meticulous in lease documentation
- Effectively bilingual
