In 2007, we were founded and tasked by our parent company, LHN Group, to operate, manage and optimise group parking assets. We have taken the skills and experience gained through managing our own assets to the market and are now a key Service Provider to many Statutory Boards, Listed and Private entities over a wide range of property types ranging from Industrial, Commercial to Tertiary campuses.
Today, we manage more than 70 car parks with over 20,000 parking lots which span across the island.
In May 2017, we expanded our carpark business to Hong Kong and clinched our first overseas carpark management contract. Today we manage the operations of 2 car parks in Hong Kong.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Intern with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our organisation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, cultivating, and establishing strategic partnerships while exploring new market opportunities.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of the energy industry.
The ideal candidate is able to commit a minimum of 3 months, and preferably 6 months.
