We are a well-established local brand dealing in stone surfaces and is currently looking for a Corporate Services Assistant (5 months) to join our growing Corporate Services Division.

Job Summary
As our Corporate Services Assistant, you would be deployed under our Corporate Services Division, providing administrative support to our Accounts & Finance and Human Resource Department. You should be pro-active, friendly, responsible and able to thrive in a fast paced working environment. You should preferably be available from 1st September 2018 to 31st January 2019.
Roles & Responsibilites
- Assist the various Department Heads in daily administrative duties
Accounts & Finance Department
- Assist in daily update of internal reports
- Sorting, labelling and filing of documents
Human Resource Department
- Assist in processing of Leave Applications
- Verification of Attendance records
- Assist in recruitment by filtering potential candidates, sending interview, email, invites and obtaining the required onboarding documentations
- Embark on documentation of existing processes for business improvement projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Any other matters as required by Management.
Requirements
- Able to commit to a 5.5 day work schedule
- Willing to learn attitude
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday 08.30am to 12.30pm
Sunday Rest Day
