Responsibilies :
- Together with the Project Team, to be responsible for successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Assist the site project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time.
- Assist and coordinate our site teams and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
- Assist the Team in Project Management to achieve smooth project implementation and completion.
- Assist in the Project Costing and re-engineering to increase project profit margin, preparation of monthly progress claim and expenditure budget control.
- In-charge of project administration, documentations and reports etc. for the project.
- Assist the site project team in the selection of equipments & procurement of materials for the project.
- Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, M& E consultant and main or sub-contractors.
- Assist the Safety Coordinator / Safety Officer in the planning, assessment and implementation.
- Support in acquiring new opportunities – Tenders and Business Development
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- NTC/ITE/Diploma in Engineering (M&E)
- Preferred with min. 1years relevant experience at local construction site.
- Fresh Grads can apply too.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of people and possess leadership quality.
- Self initiative, out spoken, passionate and independent is an advantage
- Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project softwares, knowledge in AutoCad/Revit is an advantage
- Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure and stress.
- This position requires the successful candidate to be onsite at times.
