We are a multi-disciplinary family clinic providing a wide range of medical and healthcare services.
Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities):
- Registration of patient's contact details into the CMS correctly. This includes the patient's name, allergy and medication details.
- Provide excellent frontline customer service and meticulous administrative support to the management.
- Customer registration, appointment scheduling and reminders to the patients.
- Able to answer queries effectively, comfortable to interact with patients and understanding their needs (financial counseling for patients)
- Cashiering and Collection of fees and other payments from patients.
- Financial planning to patients, use of CHAS or CDMP - Medisave
- Submission of daily Claims on Corporate insurance portal and CHAS portal
- Dispensing of medications with doctor's supervision
- Assisting the doctor in clinical procedure (ECG) and treatment
- Inventory/ Stock take to be done twice monthly- Drug procurement for clinic purpose
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Singaporean / Singapore PR
Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
Required language(s): English, Chinese
