Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the Director. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detailed oriented, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by managing paperwork, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in sales-related tasks, such as preparing reports and coordinating activities.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, and ensure that they are prepared and on time for all engagements.
- Prepare presentations and reports.
Requirements:
- No experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/ google suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma.
- Singaporean only.
- Working Hours: 3 days work week, 9am to 4pm with 1hr break
