Job Description
As a Personal Assistant, you will be at the heart of our business. Working alongside your director, you will prove invaluable in helping support them with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.
Job Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organising events and conferences.
- Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting research on behalf of the Director
- Organising the Director's personal and fringe business commitments
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri, 9am-5:30pm
Probation
6 months
* Breaks are one-hour long per working day
* Required to report to the office on every working day
