Working with HR and Accounts Team, you will be involved in supporting HR and Accounts operations.
1)Assist Finance team in preparation of necessary documents
2)Maintenance of assets
3)Drafting of policies and contract
4) Assist in HR day to day activity such as leave application, payslip etc
5)Stock Maintenance and replenishment
6) Other ad-hoc task
Job requirements:
1) Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business
2) Accounting background is highly preferred
3) Experienced in Ms Office
4) Positive attitude and willing to learn
5) Independent, motivated worker that is able to meet deadline
6) Able to start work immediately or short notice
Working hours: 9am-6pm(Mon-Fri)
