RESPONSIBILITIES
•Market research
•Data entry and digitization
•Filing and codifying of documents
•Office Supplies stock maintenance and replenishment
•FA labeling & maintaining FA listing
•Participate in recruitment process.
•Assisting in drafting flow charts, policies and procedures
•And any other adhoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Diploma/Degree students from Business Faculty
•3 months Internship period, conversion opportunities available to the right candidates.
•Required experience in Ms Office
•Good attitude to learn new things
•Self-organized
•Hardworking and highly Discipline
•Pro-active, self-motivated team player with good communication skills (written and oral) in English
WORKING CONDITIONS
•Mondays to Fridays
•9 am to 6 pm
