As part of our Covid-19 SMM, our office will work from home majority of the time but will need to be in the office once in a while as required or when working from home is no longer mandatory.
As our operations admin intern, you will learn the ropes of the business. You'll get the full experience of how a fast-paced work environment feels like where customers want answers yesterday. Product knowledge and company systems will be taught.
Your daily job routine will include but not limited to:
- monitoring email inboxes and respond to enquiries
- preparation of quotations according to our template
- route emails to the respective account owners
- assist in planning of the daily delivery route
- assisting in the maintenance of stock levels
- remind the manager of impending low stock count
- answer enquiries over the phone or route them to the respective person in charge
- updating of our CRM
- Assist in other admin work required in office
The ideal candidate should be:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient with the use of computers
- Pick up new skills fast
- Be well organised
- Able to solve problems
- Customer-centric

Your working hours are 9am to 6pm, Mon to Friday.
