Job Description

Our Opportunity

Successful applicants will be part of the Operations team at Lighthouse Canton. This role will involve day-to-day operational matters including documentation, reconciliation, and process optimization. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain a broader understanding of how a fund operates from the operations, trading, and compliance perspective.

Responsibilities

  • Collate and catalogue relevant information / documentation from various counterparties to design, develop and implement a visualization dashboard.
  • To assist with monthly subscription and redemption process and other documentation work.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Undergraduate in Business/Finance/Economics/Accounting or a related field with excellent grades.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong process and systems orientation.
  • Keen interest in the Asset Management, Wealth Management and Financial Services Industry.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Able to commit for 3 months, however, 6 months is highly preferred.
