Job Description

Our Opportunity 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain HR experience in the financial services industry. Successful applicants will gain exposure across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration etc. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internship positions, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Assisting in drafting, reviewing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and school portals. 
  • Prepare and conduct onboarding for new hires, including new hire documentation, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives. 
  • Assist in addressing employee inquiries and provide necessary support as required. 
  • Assist with HR administrative projects, including MOM/MAS surveys and reports.
  • Support and ensure the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee records.
  • Support Learning & Development initiatives, such as coordinating training sessions and workshops, as well as developing training materials and resources as required.

Qualifications & Skills Required 

  • Undergraduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Strong interest in HR management, organizational culture, and employee relations. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Able to exercise professional discretion and work with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in HR operations is a plus. 

We are looking for candidates to start from April 2025 onwards and commit for minimally 3 months, full-time.
