We are now seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join us on our journey to being a market-leading enterprise technology brand.

Job Description

THE ROLE

This is a fast-paced and consultative sales role that will require you to collaborate with technology companies, and deliver B2B media solutions across a diverse range of products, including event sponsorship, digital media, and custom content solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop go-to-market media strategy for technology vendors, media and Public Relations/Communications agencies, technology distributors, and IT supply chain companies.
  • Develop and manage a large portfolio of clients across the SEA region.
  • Successfully hit monthly and quarterly quotas to earn uncapped commissions.
  • Conduct research to identify key market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote products/services, addressing or predicting client objectives.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Gain awareness of market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Plan and prepare client presentations.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the digital media industry (preferably B2B, technology).
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to build relationships with mid-senior level stakeholders
  • Keen interest in growing sales career in the technology industry
