• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process of interns/contractors (including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling of interviews)
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Assist in the preparation of intern payroll
• Update and maintain of employee records
• Provide support to the HR & Corporate Services team which includes covering of receptionist duties and despatch
• Assist in the planning of team building event
• Digitization of employee personal file/records
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and/or projects as assigned by the manager
Job Requirements:
• Able to commit for at least 6 months
• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• A strong team player who is matured and has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated and persevering personality
• Enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
