Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record request and problems and their resolution in logs
- Prepare service reporting and helpdesk call records
- Provide administrative support on IT procurement and renewal
- Provide basic IT support or enquires and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Maintain operational documentation, procedure, configuration and inventory control
- Script/automate and document application support processes to improve efficiency
- Work with Business Analyst and business stakeholders to review, document, test, and piloting new automation solution
- Ad hoc administrative duties and/or projects as assigned by the manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Independent and fast learner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Knowledge on Microsoft Power Platform will have an added advantage
- Able to commit full-time for a period of 6 months & start immediately
