Job Description

• Learn how to use RPA tool to automate business processes
• Understand the process to be automated using Kyron App from users
• Prepare process design documents and flowcharts to document the steps for each process
• Develop the process using RPA tool and fine-tune the process after testing
• Perform testing and troubleshoot issues on the developed wizards
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager

While performing the above, candidate will be attached to the Trade Support team and learn about:

• Back office trade processing flow of the various financial instruments traded
• Various systems that are commonly used in the Finance industry, such as Bloomberg, SWIFT, Markit, Omgeo
• The common terminologies and Jargons such as Settlement Standing instruction (SSI), overdrafts, back-valuation etc

Job Requirements

• Degree undergraduate in Technology related fields
• Exposure to RPA or coding experience preferred
• Positive/good learning attitude
• Meticulous and self-motivated individual
• Team player and able to multi-task
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
