- Ensure that trades are promptly matched and settlement instructions are timely processed
- Generate Bloomberg and SWIFT reports for EOD completeness check
- Check long form confirmations for OTC derivatives; follow up with Counterparties and Legal for any discrepancies
- Update settlement standing instructions (SSI) and disseminate the SSI documents to brokers
- Process monthly soft-commission report
- Perform ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by manager
- Assist on administrative duties for the team
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Meticulous individual
- Independent and fast learner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Can commit at least 6 months (until December 2021)
