Lithan Education was previously Genovate Solutions and was started in 1997 primarily as an SAP certification training provider. In 2009, the business was acquired by Leslie Loh and renamed as Lithan Education, which is the holding company of the group.
Under Leslie’s leadership, Lithan Education was repositioned to focus on providing adult education within a cooperative education framework.
The period from 2009 to 2012 was marked by increased investments in new programme development, processes enhancement and management development that resulted in student population growth of 60% and 530% respectively for Lithan Education Group and Lithan Hall Academy during this period.

- Build & maintain database of Aspiring Technopreneurship & Sales/Marketing Talents in University
- Organize & Deliver career thought leadership marketing events for aspiring Technopreneurship & sales/marketing professionals via on-line & off-line channels on Campus
- Recruit & Match candidates for Internship & Employment with Red Dot’s investee companies & Start-up employers
Secondary Responsibilities
- Engage tech spinoff & start-ups on campus
- Identify investment opportunities & perform initial qualification
- Recruit on campus start-up employers to hire interns and talents through our programs

Training & Mentor ship
