Role of Retail Associate (Deli Counter):
Customer Service
• Greet and deliver an uplifting welcome to customers
• Maintain clean, orderly presentation, and properly stocked deli display counter
• Providing samples of different types of cheese/meats, cutting, weighing, packaging, and pricing of items
• Create a fun, warm and friendly shopping experience throughout the store by sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers
• Help answer queries by our customers, offering suggestions/recommendations of products
• Assist Store Manager with monthly inventory stock-taking
Store Preparation
• Assist in the receiving, verification and unloading of deliveries to the store
• Help stock display shelves/counter and ensure regular rotation of products
• Adhere to proper food handling procedures
• Ensure that deli areas are clean and tidy

Skills and Abilities:
