Little Happy Haus is a local, homegrown online kids concept store loved by many. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who will work closely alongside the founders, as we grow together with our customers to go beyond carrying a range of kids products. By joining us, you will be given the opportunity to be exposed to all areas of the business and to try new ideas and experiment. This is a pivotal role as we scale the business to the next level. 

We are based in Joo Chiat; this is a full-time five-day work week role. We offer hybrid flexible work arrangements (3-4 days wio).

Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing (40%)

  • Create social media content to drive sales 
  • Manage social media channel
  • Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
  • Assist in shooting and editing of product photography and videography 
  • Design EDM (newsletter, mailing list etc)

Operations (50%)

  • Stock-take, pack orders and co-ordinate logistics arrangement + work with part-time staff with order fulfilment
  • Work with intern(s) to perform the following tasks:
  1. Draft product descriptions’ content, and list products on e-commerce marketplace platforms and website
  2. Responsible for management, operation and online sales of various e-commerce platforms and website
  3. Plan, manage and execute promotional campaigns for e-commerce platform and strategies to drive traffic & sales
  4. Maintain and update the company’s online store and social media channels while ensuring all content (pages, products and prices) are displayed accurately

Customer Service (10%)

  • Manage customers enquiries and requests across all our channels within Service Level Agreement standards

Requirements

  • Passionate about e-commerce
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Organised and meticulous 
  • Work well independently as well as in a team 
  • Resourceful problem solver who can get things done fast
  • Take pride in your work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong willingness to learn (be it from experience, the team, google)
  • Experience in customer service and photography/editing skills will be advantageous
