- Responsible for smooth operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure great customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales target and great customer service.
- Responsible for employee discipline and performance.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Analysing and planning sales levels and profitability.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- Good service attitude
- Good personality with great interpersonal skills
- Possess at least O Levels qualification
- At least 3 years of related experience in a similar capacity.
