Job Description

Are you interested in working for a company that helps thousands of preschool educators and children everyday? Would you like to be part of a movement to revolutionise preschool education in Singapore and around the world?

LittleLives wants you!

Responsibilities

You will get the opportunity to interact closely with our clients through a comprehensive step-by-step training of our services. Not only that, you will also suggest ways for principals, teachers and administrators to introduce the usage of LittleLives to the parents and children. As the first contact on the ground, you will be responsible in listening to users' feedback to be relayed to the developers team for the betterment of our product. Also, as the person our users contact to when they need help, you'll be an important asset that determines our customers' satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

Helping people is second nature to you and your heart swells with satisfaction when you see users happy. You are diligent in understanding our system inside and out to provide creative solutions for different users. You explain things clearly and patiently, much like our preschool teachers. You pay attention to detail. Organising and keeping things in order is therapeutic.

You are able to make an event happen, whether it’s a dessert table to show appreciation for teachers or a panel discussion for early childhood educators. You’re highly collaborative – you’ll work closely with Rainmakers (Business Development team) for training and the Builders (Product team) for improving the system. You’re excited to work in a startup that is on the cusp of global expansion and where your contributions are crucial to the success and growth of the company.
