RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will work alongside the Sales & Business Development team to update customer database and invoices & receipt, collect payment, manage internal sales documentation
- Managing administrative tasks - such as upkeep of fillings, administration of database, arrange travels and accommodations, distribute and store correspondence, mailings and submission of documents
- Assist Finance team to manage data entry for accounting systems
- Assist HR tasks such as job posting, interview arrangement and job offer
- Collaborate with other teams (Marketing, Developers, Management) when necessary to support their projects and events

- Organised and has a knack at keeping things clear and in order
- Patient and have imaginative ways to explain information to any group
- A keen eye for details and is eager to master intricate systems
