Job Description
  • Customer inquiries: Handling incoming customer inquiries via various channels such as emails, live chat, or social media. Providing prompt and accurate information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

  • Sales support: Assisting customers with product or service selection, providing information about pricing, features, and promotions. Upselling or cross-selling additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.

 

  • Order processing: Managing customer orders, verifying information, and ensuring accurate entry into the system. Coordinating with other departments such as logistics and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

 

  • Problem resolution: Addressing customer complaints, concerns, or escalations. Investigating issues, identifying root causes, and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

 

  • Relationship building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Building rapport, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations or solutions to enhance customer loyalty.

 

  • Product knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge about the company's products or services. Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

 

  • Team collaboration: Collaborating with other team members, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Sharing feedback, best practices, and contributing to overall team success.

 

  • Continuous improvement: Seeking opportunities for self-improvement and professional development. Staying updated on sales techniques, customer service strategies, and industry developments to enhance skills and performance.
