Duties and Responsibilities
- Getting to know and interacts with customers
- Consults with customers to understand their needs
- Demonstrates and explains merchandise and products, selecting and suggesting options for the customers
- Answer customers' questions and assist with purchases
- Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room or other inventory locations; places special orders
- Collects payment using the POS system
- Processes returns and exchanges upon Mgmt approval
