LM Confections Pte Ltd is the Central Kitchen of Caerus Holding Pte Ltd. Caerus Holding started in 2008 as a wine distribution company with presence in India, Maldives as well as Malaysia. In 2013, the group diversified into the food business, welcoming the celebrated New York cake boutique and their world-famous Mille Crêpes – Lady M New York. Having arrived in Singapore as its first debut in Asia, we have cake boutiques currently located at Orchard Central, South Beach Avenue, Scotts Square, Westgate and the newly opened Jewel Changi Airport.
Growth in both business units are in the pipeline, with the addition of unique brands to the food business portfolio and overseas expansion for both into countries such as Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines. Little Damage, the widely acclaimed soft serve ice cream brand from downtown Los Angeles is one of the latest addition, followed by Leckerbaer, a specialty pastry brand from Copenhagen and Luke's Lobster from Maine (United States of America).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all operational duties in the Pastry department, including daily production of cakes and pastries.
- Timely delivery of quality pastries made by the kitchen to outlets.
- Ensuring and maintaining hygiene standards and products across all the full range of products, including control of inventory, as well as product wastage.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Executive Chef.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience with pastries.
- Strong passion and knowledge in pastry and baking.
- Team player and able to work in a fast pace environment.
- 5 day work week but must be able to work weekends, public holidays and shifts.
