HR TRANSFORMATION INTERN
Location : Singapore
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an aspiring HR practitioner to get a rare glimpse into the strategies and behind-the-scenes operations of a multi-national luxury retail brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in HR digitisation and transformational projects
- Assist in implementing HR Process Transformation projects
- Reviewing and communicating cutting-edge HR initiatives and policies
- Assist in rolling out proposed manpower intensive Staff Engagement Projects
- Assist in HR Regional Projects
- Assist in implementing new learning & development initiatives
- Assist in various HR operations and preparing HR-related reports
- Participate in organising talent acquisition activities
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a Degree in HR or related discipline
- Passionate about People Initiatives
- Familiarity with HRIS is a plus
- Experience with MS Office and IT-savvy
- Able to multi-task with strong organisational skills
