Job Description

Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the execution of day-to-day HR processes, including employee record management, HR data tracking, and report generation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operational workflows, ensuring processes are efficient and compliant.
  • Assist in identifying and analyzing existing HR processes to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with identifying system issues and collaborate with the HRIS team to troubleshoot and resolve them.
  • Support the testing of new system features and updates, documenting results and providing feedback.
  • Ensure that HR data is accurately input and maintained in the HRIS system.
  • Support various HR initiatives, including employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management and employee engagement activities and initiatives

The Individual and their Experience:

  • Able to commit for at least 6 months
  • Keen interest in HR and burning passion for people!
