We are a logistics, Import/Export firm based in Singapore, and we are looking for An import / Export Clerk with experience and knowledge in the same filed to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be tasked to support the director and our team.

Start date: Immediate
Communication in English and Chinese (Spanish is a Bonus)
5 days work week, 9.00am - 6.00pm.
Nearest MRT to our office is Farrer Park MRT.
Salary: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm(Saturday / Sunday and Public Holidays off)
Job Scope:
Responsibilities
Prepare shipping documents: Booking orders, Quotations Invoice, packing list, delivery orders, Purchase orders, Profit Table and other such reports to relevant parties
Coordinate Clients request with Suppliers via QQ, Wechat and other such communication tools.Comminicate with clients via email
Perform all office duties including general administration
Data entry into company ERP system
Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and overseas customers
Requirements:-
Experience in import and export documentation and/or shipping practices
Positive working attitude with good initiatives and able to work independently
Good communication skills in both English (Mandarin is a bonus)
Must be comfortable with using Microsoft Excel
