Urgently Hiring! Sales & Import Coordinator Opportunity


Are you passionate about sales and have a knack for inventory management, accounts, and Excel? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Import Coordinator to join our team!

Office Location: 10 Genting Ln, Singapore 349583
Nearby MRT (via Walk/Bus): Potong Pasir, Mattar

Key Responsibilities:

1) Importing (Shipping documents, etc to ensure a smooth shipment)
Preparation and arranged for all required shipping documents not limited to;
* Commercial invoices
* Export licenses
* Customs declarations
* Packing lists, etc.

2) Logistics & Inventory Management:
* Work with internal departments, customers, and external freight forwarders to ensure smooth stock delivery.
* Inventory check of stock between company system and warehouse.
* Require use of Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas

3) Accounts (AR)
* Key Invoices and CN into Netsuite Oracle System

Other Adhoc:
* Assist the Sales Team with preparation reports or any support.
* Will support the Sales team when they are away from the office.
* To assist with any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management and Sales department.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma with at least 1 year of Logistics & Sales Administrative experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build a good rapport with all levels of staff.
- Results and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive team player who can work independently on challenging projects and timelines.
- Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic, and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
