Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing team in conceptualization, planning and execution of integrated promotional campaigns and marketing activities (includes both online and offline).
  • Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material.
  • Assist the Marketing team to monitor the performance and conduct data analysis to add value to Marketing efforts and results.
  • Work closely with Tour Agencies, Banks, Credit Cards, Airlines, Payment Gateway eg. Alipay, Wechat Pay to drive footfall into the stores and strengthen the company’s presence in a digital work at core markets eg PRC, Singapore and so on.
  • Ensure smooth operations for campaigns, promotions and activities from start to finish by working closely with cross functional team members and offering guidance to relevant teams.
  • Involve in ad-hoc festival events and promotions project management to increase sales.
  • Submission of invoices, contracts and budget tracking.
  • Any other projects / assignments assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Mass Communications or Marketing
  • Fresh Graduates Welcome
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics and Photoshop
